The Role

Ensure telco tasks and reconciliations are completed in a timely manner and assist financial accounting team with delivering monthly financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete weekly telco reconciliations and payment allocations
• Complete mobile extras subscription reconciliation
• Submit monthly claims for unpaid telco contracted services
• Collaborate with stores and other relevant teams to identify, investigate and resolve any discrepancies/queries
• Act as a key point of contact for store/commercial teams for any telco discrepancies or queries
• Identify and contribute to improvements to store telco processes and systems, as required
• Assist Financial Accounting team with telco related reconciliations and ad hoc tasks
• Raising telco supplier invoices/claims at the direction of telco buying team

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Microsoft Excel experience preferred/proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• At least 3 years’ experience in accounts
• Retail experience preferred
