We need a top-tier Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build our future team. Position Overview : As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the heart of our thriving company, collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Executive Leadership Team to make a tangible impact on the growth and development of our sales and corporate hiring.

This is a remote role after the training period. However, to facilitate initial collaboration, we prefer candidates located in the Milwaukee or Chicagoland area.

Qualifications : Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting role Expertise in screening candidates and making quick, sound decisions Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for sales roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping, particularly with Excel Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Our commitment goes beyond work;
