As the Assistant Director we expect you to:

• Assist the Director with a smooth operation of the school

• Ensure the best-in-class curriculum aligned to the Goddard standards

• Conduct classroom observations, evaluations and provide feedback that motivates and encourages learning

• Support school staff, families and children with a culture of service and trust

• Ensure that health and safety standards are met and exceeded

• Ensure compliance with all licensing and star rating requirements and regulations

• Have worked at a leadership level in a licensed premium quality child-care center

• Ideally have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
