The Goddard School Hiring for Education Director at Henrico, VA Full Time

An Educational Director will be responsible for working with the Operations Director in managing the program and Curriculum. They will be responsible for working with teachers on their lesson plans. Mentoring and training our teachers is also highly important. They will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and healthy environment that children look forward to everyday. An Educational Director will pay close attention to detail, communicates clearly and professionally with faculty and families, is a team player, friendly, outgoing, energetic, loving and nurturing

This role is critical because a Director will assure our program is consistently at our highest standards so that together with the owners and faculty, we are able to provide the best care and education to our families.

An Educational Director in our Goddard School is part of the family! We are looking for a Director that is a team player, enthusiastic, and loves working with children, and being a number one mentor to our faculty. Must be able to manage staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
