Position Overview

Our team is currently looking fora Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a client in the Chemical industry.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be a key member of a dynamic regional team supporting the implementation and adoption of a new Contingent Labor process and system.

This role will be supporting the regional team with data entry and stakeholder engagement. The role will support the Requesting Managers within the Business with their intake requirements, sourcing, onboarding, and payment of contractors.

They will engage with the ATS / HRIS / VMS systems, ensuring data is input accurate and timely.

The role will also include engagement with internal Requesting Managers, Vendors and Talent Acquisition team members to ensure recruitment requirements are distributed to the right teams.

You will ensure information between systems is aligned and relevant updates are made in the various Systems.

This role will also review existing headcount for compliance to policy and initiate actions when needed to keep the company in compliance and run s as needed for business / HR review of Contingent Labor headcount / program.

Responsibilities & Essential Duties

• Liaise with the relevant Requesting Manager / Department to obtain Talent Requisition Form, Job Description and Fair Market Rates of vacant positions to initiate the recruitment process.
• Determine supplier(s) to be solicited based on job role and requirements and push to appropriate supplier(s)
• Engage with the vendors and internal stakeholder when communicating new contingent worker requirements
• Coordinates short listing; Ensure Managers receive CV / Resumes timely. Coordinate interviews as needed and handle ongoing follow-up with managers / suppliers during hiring process
• Regularly confirm compliance to contract and regulations
• Facilitate exception approvals for Market rates and / or Process
• Lead Negotiations with Agencies, Candidates, Requesting Managers
• Inform Supplier of selected contractor and assist requesting manager in Onboarding process
• Facilitate extensions for all contractors within region
• Notify Supplier of early termination and Off-Boarding requirement validation
• Actively work within our system to provide ing from Workday or VMS as necessary. Create Various s as needed for presentation to management each month, quarter.
• Reviews vendor invoices, secures required approvals, and facilitates regional invoice payments / non-PO batch process.
• Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
• Understand information available from vendors to determine which can provide the best talent for specific skills with competitive (hourly, day or monthly) rates.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)

• 3-5 Years Contractor Administration or HR Coordinator experience liaising with Vendors, staffing agencies.
• Previous experience with an ATS / HRIS system
• Ability to manage many tasks at one time and prioritize effectively
• Ability and willingness to learn new technology platforms
• Strong attention to detail and high commitment to data accuracy
• Preferred : Experience in a Workday / VMS system environment
