We are currently in a very exciting place in our growth and looking for the right individual to join our team who will assist us, and our independent franchise owner(s) network, in continuing to surpass our wildest expectations.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our Marketing team’s capabilities. This role is central to the creation, execution, and tracking of our digital marketing strategy, ensuring a robust and impactful online presence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including proficiency in managing paid search engine advertising campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Manager works under the direct supervision of the VP of Marketing & Communications.

We are looking for hard-working, team players who possess :

• Digital Strategy Implementation : Develop and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, integrating SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media initiatives.
• Search Engine Optimization : (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM) : Expertly manage and optimize SEO and SEM activities to improve our online visibility and drive traffic.
• Content Management : Spearhead the curation performance quality tracking of Ad Copy, Headlines, Ad Extensions, Keywords, Targeting Strategies, Bid strategies, Quality scores, Mobile Optimization and other vital attributes.
• Social Media Management : Generate all social media pages for new franchise locations and dashboard manage the performance of the brand’s presence across social media channels in collaboration with the Content Creator & PR Specialist.
• Data Analysis & ing : Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track digital campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and strategies.
• Solid understanding and applicaiton of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and digital marketing tools (CRM systems, content

management systems.

• Superior ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem solving.
• Ability to stay current with the digital marketing landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand, walk, and move around for various and sometimes extended periods of time. Capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds infrequently.

Must have adequate hearing abilities to effectively communicate with team members and respond to auditory cues and conduct telephonic conversations.

Stamina and resilience to handle situations that may be deemed high-stress and / or sensitive and emotionally triggering while interacting with Franchisees.
