About the Role:

The Admin Support Officer, Food Services is responsible for providing clerical support to the Food Services Coordinator and assisting in the overall organisation and operation of the Kitchen department.

The hours for this full time Monday to Friday role are between 8am to 4pm, equaling a 38 hour week.

This position is employed as a Level 3 role under the Junee Correctional Centre Non-Custodial Employee Enterprise Agreement 2020. For further details regarding terms and conditions of employment, you may refer to this document located at www.fwc.gov.au

Skills and Experience:

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in an admin related role (ideally from a kitchen background) and will also have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge and experience with basic accounting procedures and concepts.
• Knowledge of office procedures and in particular those related to food services, ordering and receipting.
