At Tenka, we pride ourselves in being the authority in Sport & Entertainment. The successful candidate for this role will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated finance professionals and have exposure to top-line finance items.

About The Role

The graduate position will be based in Southbank, Melbourne working closely with our Management Accountant. This role is charged with the responsibility of AP and AR processing, bank account and credit card reconciliations, debt collection, preparation of weekly payment runs and assisting with end of month work.

About You

The successful candidate will be analytical and highly motivated in nature, with a strong work ethic. You will enjoy being a strong team player and will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Other relevant skills and experience include:

• Experience with accounts payable and receivable in a high-volume environment with high attention to detail is highly beneficial;
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel & Word;
• Outstanding numeracy skills;
• Competence with bank account and credit card reconciliations;
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
• Professional, positive & flexible approach to tasks & service delivery.
