The Opportunity
If you are a coordinator looking for your next step look no further! The Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage a variety of HR and systems administration activities, primarily aligned to Talent Management / Recruitment, as well as support HR operational activity for a client group. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will also drive the planning and delivery of Garvan wide People & Culture initiatives, aligned to Garvan’s People & Culture strategy.
This will include annual People & Culture Calendar Events as well as individual initiatives and projects across the employee lifecycle. They will work closely with the Talent Lead to enable the end-to-end recruitment process and provide advice and guidance to people managers and employees on People policies and processes.
