We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join the team, engaging across the business to help our people grow and develop our business as the first choice produce partner for our customers.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll have exposure to a wide range of HR issues, initially dealing with the administrative processes and then quickly developing your remit to frontline support for colleagues and Managers, along with direct involvement in areas such as recruitment, colleague development, and wellbeing initiatives.
Depending on where you are in your HR career and your current qualifications, we’d love to help you gain CIPD professional qualifications through an HR Apprenticeship. That means 20% of your time will be devoted to learning.

Our perfect candidate would have:
Some HR experience
2 x A levels plus English & Maths GCSE Grade 5 or above (or equivalent)
Excellent administration skills with the proficient use of MS Office packages
A process-driven approach with the ability to plan, challenge and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
A willingness to build great relationships, built on trust, discretion, and sensitivity
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
An uncompromising approach to Health, Safety & Wellbeing
