We are currently seeking a SEO Strategist for our Los Angeles Office located in the Arts District of Downtown. We are seeking a strong, dedicated and data-driven individual to manage all search engine optimization.

Position Summary:

As a member of the e-commerce team, the SEO Strategist will be responsible for leading the evolution of our natural search engine optimization (SEO) program. The SEO Strategist will execute both current and new SEO tactics to drive year-over-year growth of the organic search channel as a whole.

Job Duties:

· Create and execute SEO strategies to meet Google’s guidelines and increase the search visibility, rankings, and Organic traffic

· Conduct data analysis of SEO performance metrics to develop optimization approach to improve performance while providing insights and recommendations as appropriate

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices

· Provide SEO support for Shopify projects, including new product launches, page refreshes, and site redesigns

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO/SEM audits.
• Run A/B tests for landing pages, CTAs, emails, etc., creating UTMs to ensure adequate tracking.

· Stay up-to-speed on SEO offerings and implications to brands (policies, insights, restrictions) and be a voice within the Foundation to our brand managers

· Manage multiple brand accounts seamlessly with tight timelines

· Help us create a well-oiled machine. Develop tools to improve efficiencies and advance the Organic Search practice based on qualitative and quantitative analytics.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or computer science or equivalent experience

· 3-5 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Web Design

· Comprehensive experience with Google Analytics 4/Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEM Rush

• Understanding of SEO best practices, search analytics/data, meta-data, link building and market trends
• Exhibit a passion for SEO, the future of Search Marketing, and how it fits into the larger digital, media, and brand strategy.
• Significant experience gathering and using marketing data, such as keyword research, industry s, and competitive analysis.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent project management skills

· An understanding of HTML & CSS

· Ability to manage time and complete tasks quickly and accurately, with minimal supervision

• Collaborative team player

ADA Requirements:

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
