Job purpose

• The production associate is involved with all the operations of the distillery. Primarily bottling, labelling, packaging, and general distillery maintenance.

Duties and responsibilities

• Ensure that the manufacturing facility and equipment is kept clean and orderly
• Maintain the integrity of the distillery equipment by performing routine maintenance and operational checks
• Assist head distiller with various projects
• Perform consistent, quality production by:
• Bottling
• Capping
• Labelling

• Assist head distiller with various projects, including new products
• Assist with mashing and distilling spirits

Qualifications

• Must meet the eligibility criteria for YES grant
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Outgoing personality
• Interest in the craft beverage industry
• Class 5 drivers license with a clean driving record

Physical requirements

• Ability to comfortably lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods

Hours

• 30 – 40 hours per week
• $16 – $18 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
