The Food Revolution Group is an Australian owned food and beverage manufacturing company, specialising in the development of innovative health focused products for retail in Australia and across the globe.

We are seeking a Management Accountant – Cost & Profitability to partake in the analysis of financials, provide support to commercial and control the manufacturing cost profile.

Your job duties include:

• Planning, reviewing, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity
• Analysing data collected and recording results & provide recommendations to improve costs.
• Analysing changes in product formulation, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost & provide recommendations.
• Analysing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
• Deliver detailed drivers’ analysis – e.g., staff costs, sales by states, production costs
• GP analysis and formal monthly presentation to Senior Management Team
• Ongoing proposing of potential efficiencies and cost savings

You must have:

• Bachelor of Commerce, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar Finance role, preferably within manufacturing industry and costing.
• Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word.
• Experience with MYOB and other ERP systems
• Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
