A media company in Manhattan is actively seeking a collaborative and driven Client Finance Analyst to join their staff in a remote capacity. In this role, the Client Finance Analyst will ensure budget tracking and billing functions are shared between Business Services Solutions and the Brand team.
Responsibilities
The Client Finance Analyst will:
- Prepare accurate and timely estimate and reconciliation billing for all client media activity
- Proactively start billing process
- Alert Brand team to status of estimate and reconciliation billing for all client media activity
- Support facilitation of audit needs
- Serve as the point of contact for clients for all items mentioned above
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 2+ years of related experience
- Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
