REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager with exceptional leadership abilities, irrespective of academic background, to drive growth and oversee large teams.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience of 2-4 years in effectively managing large operations teams.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Academic Background/Studies: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Candidates with an MBA or relevant postgraduate studies will be highly preferred.
Excellent Client Service Skills: Proven track record of providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships.
Proven Experience in Organizational and Resource Management: Demonstrated ability to implement effective organisational strategies and manage resources efficiently.
Strong Leadership and Motivational Ability: Passionate about leading teams to achieve their goals, particularly within the two vital departments of our business.
