REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager with exceptional leadership abilities, irrespective of academic background, to drive growth and oversee large teams.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience of 2-4 years in effectively managing large operations teams.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Academic Background/Studies: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Candidates with an MBA or relevant postgraduate studies will be highly preferred.

Excellent Client Service Skills: Proven track record of providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships.

Proven Experience in Organizational and Resource Management: Demonstrated ability to implement effective organisational strategies and manage resources efficiently.

Strong Leadership and Motivational Ability: Passionate about leading teams to achieve their goals, particularly within the two vital departments of our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading and developing strategic initiatives and increasing available accommodation initiatives.
• Leading strategic direction for the Operations Department
• Reviewing and modifying the assessment procedures of any new referrals and intakes
• Collaborating and liaising with NSW Health and Mental Health to support participants’ health needs
• Reviewing incidents involving staff physical contact and developing new procedures to improve operations and lowering incident rates
• Analysing and implementing approaches to grow the business, including broadening accommodation options to support the growth of the business

review staff training to adapt it to the service delivery and any changes made within the sector

• Reviewing rostering to reduce over time, participate in workforce planning and succession planning and ensure relevant Support Workers are matched with Participants
• Networking with other providers in the industry
• Liaising and working with the Quality and Safeguarding team for investigations, best practice protocols, compliance with NDIS standards
• Informing and collaborating with the Quality and Safeguarding Team for all changes impacting policies and procedure
