We are seeking a creative and persistent individual who will drive the execution of digital campaigns for our clients promoting and enabling marketing strategies from a multi / omni-channel perspective.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will partner with internal and external stakeholders managing projects within standards and guidelines set by the clients.

This role will also lead promotional materials through the review process. Projects that the Digital Marketing Specialist will work on include IVAs (interactive visual aids), websites, display ads, social media, and paid search.

Responsibilities :

• Draft requirements documents to support the development of digital programs
• Collaborate with the digital agency of record to ensure that digital creative is aligned with project goals
• Provide digital program expertise to tactical development
• Define project tasks and resource requirements and communicate needs to management
• Manage and monitor the Legal / Medical / Regulatory review process
• Partner internally with marketing operations and external vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Oversee the workflow of project support teams
• Manage project budgets within internal tracking systems in a timely manner
• Provide direction and support to project teams and implement changes when needed in order to achieve project objectives
• Foster communication between project support teams

Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience working in pharmaceutical space required
• Bachelors’ degree required; Masters’ preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
• Digital agency experience required
• Must be literate in SEO / SEM
• Understand how websites are constructed
• Will be involved in market research and UX
• Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed-environment
