£25,000 – £30,000 per annum

Permanent X2 & FTC X1 – 35 hrs pw

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Training – SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities.

We are now looking to appoint one fixed contract Programme Administrator with an expected end date of 29th July 2022 and two permanent Programme Administrators, who will provide high-quality administrative support to the ETF’s “Industry Insights” programme, ensuring a positive customer experience for participants, managing communications with individuals and administering applications.

The roles will report into the Programme Delivery Manager and be responsible for providing administrative support to project-work, including taking full ownership of delegated tasks and responsibilities, raising purchase orders and processing other financial functions.

The roles will also support with the scheduling, organizing, co-ordinating meetings and events as well as assist with preparation for events and meetings including supporting with presentations, reports and handouts.

Finally the role will work alongside the Employer Engagement Team and provide support with the administrative processes surrounding the Industry Insights programme including liaising with employers and providers in the completion of associated documentation and maintaining internal tracking systems.

The successful candidate will:

• Be educated to Level 3 or hold equivalent experience.
• Hold substantial experience of working in an administrative capacity
• Be able to demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service.
• Have the ability to work independently.
• Hold a high level of accuracy in all work with excellent attention to detail.
• Have a high standard of interpersonal skills and demonstrable ability to show sensitivity and tact in dealing with confidential matters.
• Be calm under pressure, flexible, friendly and helpful
• Hold experience of working on time-bound tasks and projects including the ability to prioritise workload appropriately.
