Programme Administrator
21 hrs pw – Commencing February 2023
The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Training – SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities.
We are now looking to appoint a Programme Administrator who will provide high-quality administrative support to the ETF’s “Industry Insights” programme, ensuring a positive customer experience for participants, managing communications with individuals and administering applications.
The role will report into the Programme Delivery Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Employer Engagement Team with the administrative processes surrounding the Industry Insights programme. This will include liaising with employers and Further Education providers and the completion of associated documentation and tracking systems.
Additionally the postholder will be responsible for providing administrative support to project-work, taking full ownership of delegated tasks and responsibilities.
