Leadership & Management Facilitator (Mentoring)
The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Training – SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities.
We are now looking to appoint a Leadership & Management Facilitator (Mentoring) who will mentor and coach professionals engaged in leading and delivering T Levels across the post-16 education sector.
The role will report into the Programme Delivery Manager and will work alongside the existing Leadership & Management Facilitator (Mentoring), delivering coaching and mentoring to participants and ensuring all programme processes are followed. The role will also be a part of the Regional Engagement Directorate working with all ETF’s functions and departments.
