Are you an experienced project and team manager with a strong background in IT/systems? Is your favourite question ‘why’? Do you like to challenge the status quo?

The Education People is looking for a Systems and Projects Manager to lead a small, committed, enthusiastic team and operationally manage the core business systems for the company.

The right candidate will be experienced in both team and project management and be able to manage several different priorities and projects simultaneously, whilst also providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

Along with excellent leadership and project management skills, you will need to be confident in working closely with colleagues of all levels, and third-party suppliers. You will need to be both proactive and reactive in your dealings with stakeholders, using your experience and a clear head to make timely, accurate decisions. You will research new technologies, apps and software to promote continuous development and growth, both within the Business Transformation Team and the wider company.

The Education People is embarking on an exciting period of transformation, incorporating service delivery and core business systems. You will play a major part in contributing to the success of strategic objectives.

Please be aware, if you should wish to work from home, you will need to ensure you have the appropriate space and desk arrangements. The Education People will provide the necessary IT equipment.
