Great opportunity for a Head of Year at a large Ofsted Good Secondary School.  As a Head of Year, you will be working with students across KS3 & KS$ that need both academic and behaviour support.  As a Head of Year, you will be responsible for communication across key areas to include students, teaching staff, SLT and third parties.  Head of Year plays a key role at school and this opportunity has scope to offer a permanent role.

Ideally you will be: –

• Experience Head of Year or Pastoral Support looking for a new opportunity
• A strong communicator with good reasoning skills
• Confident working with students across KS3 & KS4
• Able to demonstrate a track record of success working in a similar role.
• May suit someone considering a career in teaching at a later date.
