The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust Hiring for HR Business Partner at Dudley Full Time

You will have a level 7 or above CIPD qualification and have obtained chartered level CIPD membership (or equivalent experience).

The fixed term nature of this contract means that a secondment could be considered but please do ensure you have support to be released for secondment before applying for this role.

HR Business Partner’s work proactively alongside their Divisional leadership teams to embed workforce plans and workforce strategies. This vacancy is to support the Clinical Support Services Division and Corporate Division.

As one of three employed HR Business Partner’s you will also work collaboratively together and within the wider People function to deliver the overarching Trust People Plan and contribute towards system working.

The role reports directly into the Head of People and has direct line management responsibility for a Deputy HR Business Partner and HR Advisor aligned to the same Division.

The HR Business Partner role is a busy and varied role with both operational and strategic responsibilities and priorities.
