The Driver Provider Hiring for Passenger Transportation Sales – Motorcoach Division at Salt Lake City, UT Full Time

The Driver Provider, founded in 1997, is a premier provider of chauffeured transportation services for individuals, corporate clients and event professionals.

Our motorcoach sales professional engages Event Planners, Destination Managers, corporate travel executives, school administrators, social organizations, athletic teams, and the general public, to craft chauffeured transportation plans to utilize our large fleet of CDL vehicles. We seek qualified applicants to work in this high-energy division.

Ideal candidates will have experience in passenger transportation, specifically booking motorcoaches and minibuses. Hospitality, and customer service experience is also beneficial. Excellent communication skills are a must as the position involves extensive email and telephone interaction with clients. Candidates should also be comfortable with windows-based software as well as standard business-suite programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This position will be part of a team responsible for high volumes of data entry, proposal writing, contracting, account management and possible on-site transportation management. Advancement opportunities are available in various sales and operational capacities.

Our motorcoach sales professional will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Fielding inbound phone calls and emails requesting quotes and information
• Prospect and develop new clients and revenue streams
• Categorizing correspondence and prioritizing responses
• Prepare quotes and engage clients
• Design, modify, and implement bus transportation programs in conjunction with operations team
• Learn the specific capabilities of our vehicle and employee assets
• Review bookings and follow-up confirmations
• Process deposits and payments as may be needed
• Nights and weekends may be required based on business volume.

This is NOT an entry level position; we seek experienced professionals in this specific field please.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
