The Doepker Group Hiring for Coatings Engineer Specialist Full Time

Position Summary:

Responsible for operations of the Electrocoat Paint Line and Powder Coat Line, including monitoring and handling of its waste. Must comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.

Job Description / Qualifications:

* Maintain compliance with all quality and environmental standards and
policies.

* Ensure that all processes and documentation to prevent defective products

* Responsible for Paint/Wastewater Technicians

* Maintain inventories for all required materials.

* Conduct cost savings analysis conduct PM’s, modifications, and improvements

* Maintain chemical inventories for pretreatment and wastewater

* 3 – 5 years experience in lab

* Good reading, math and communications

* Hazardous Communication First Responder Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
