Featured in and awarded by AdWeek, Inc, Fast Company, Forbes and other publications, TDM has grown from 0 to over 100 clients in less than three years. With a customized mix of online learning, technology, events, and services, TDM helps strengthen work cultures and deliver better business results.
Businesses are looking to reassess their impact on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and TDM wants to show them how. Your work will focus on partnering with the content-marketing team to amplify awareness of The Diversity Movement and our offerings through digital marketing techniques including email marketing and website optimization.
What you will contribute
- Publish content to The Diversity Movement website including blogs, podcasts, and publications (created by our content team)
- Design and send marketing emails to targeted lists
- Configure email marketing automations
- Update existing web pages for optimization
- Wireframe and develop new landing pages through a drag & drop platform like Leadpages, with SEO top of mind
- Maintain list health by monitoring and scrubbing the email database
- on email campaign and website performance, identifying trends to optimize campaigns
- Design graphics as needed for email campaigns and webpages
What you will bring to The Diversity Movement
- Demonstrated knowledge or interest in digital marketing through relevant work experience or studies
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar
- Experience with Wordpress required
- Demonstrated design skills with a portfolio
- A tenacious personality with the ability to learn and apply information, share opinions and ideas, and receive feedback constructively
Preferred
- Experience using landing page development platforms like LeadPages or Unbounce
- SEO skills and experience using Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
