We have a full-time position open in the Los Angeles area. The starting pay is $78,000 annualized for the minimum qualifications.

POSITION

The position will focus on project analysis and project engineering. Additional duties will include assisting senior engineers with company services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Engineering internship or equivalent experience
• Willingness to relocate to the Los Angeles area (relocation assistance provided)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Demonstrated academic excellence (honors or equivalent)

INSURANCE

Medical: We offer a nationwide Anthem BCBS PPO Platinum Level medical plan. The DiLisi Group pays 100% of the premiums for full-time employees, their spouse/domestic partner, and eligible dependents.

Vision and Dental: We offer a nationwide Anthem BCBS vision plan and a nationwide Mutual of Omaha dental plan. The DiLisi Group pays 100% of the premiums for full-time employees, their spouse/domestic partner, and eligible dependents.

Life and Disability: Full-time employees are covered by our Mutual of Omaha Life/AD&D, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability plans. The DiLisi Group pays 100% of these premiums.

PAID TIME OFF

Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time employees may accrue up to 15 days (120 hours) of PTO per year. In addition, all employees receive a lump sum of 3 days (24 hours) of PTO each year.

Paid Holidays: All employees receive 8 paid holidays per year.

RETIREMENT

Retirement Plan: All employees may participate in our Fidelity SIMPLE plan, a tax-deferred retirement plan. The DiLisi Group will match employee contributions up to 3% of gross wages.
