The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust Hiring for Finance Assistant Job at United Kingdom Full Time

We are looking to appoint a flexible and well-organised Finance Assistant to work within our central finance team, placing orders for Trust schools and processing high volume supplier invoices onto the Trust’s finance system using purchase orders and nominal ledger postings.

In addition, the post holder will be required to provide timely and effective financial administrative support to the Finance Manager and academy staff in accordance with Trust procedures and assist our academies by maintaining good relationships with staff, parents, governors, contractors’ representatives, suppliers and external agencies.

The successful candidate will need to be adaptable, enthusiastic, highly motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team. Experience of Sage accounting system will be an advantage but not essential.

This post is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, but may require travel to other schools within the Diamond Learning Partnership Trust

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
