Full Job Description
Overview:
The Dental Specialists Edina Pediatrics located in Edina, MN is seeking a compassionate, professional Scheduling Manager to join our team-oriented practice. As a scheduling manager you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.
Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Work Schedule:
M: 7:45am-4:00pm
T: 7:45am-4:15pm
W: 7:45am-4:15pm
Th:7:45am-4:15pm
F: 7:45am-2:00pm
