Role Overview:
As our Full-Time Social Media Specialist with Admin Assistant Work, you will play a crucial role in supporting us in managing our social media presence and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement alongside the Marketing Manager.
Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn alongside the Marketing Manager
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve our strategy.
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Create captivating PowerPoint presentations for speakers and external/internal events.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and build positive brand recognition.
Assist in various admin and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing social media platforms for businesses or organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Interest in the dental industry is a plus.
Note: This is a part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance and business needs.
