As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process in a high volume environment. You will develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies and ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.
You will be hiring for our businesses, which is made up of six divisions: WRG, Forty1, Logicearth Learning Services, Axiom, Cormis & Just Communicate.
You will have previous recruitment experience gained in house, ideally within an agency and be forward-thinking in your approach.
Work location is London, Manchester or Plymouth, UK.

What will you be doing …

• Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidate pools in relation to the skillsets required for the service lines you will be supporting.
• Responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for positions as well as managing all job description and postings.
• Actively ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with other TA specialists to ensure talent skillsets and resource needs are considered across all areas where appropriate.
• Partner with leaders, hiring managers and People team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Manage offer process and collaborate with HR Admin to support full interview life-cycle and process
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
• Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What do you need to have …

• 3+ years of experience researching, sourcing and attracting hard to find skill sets through various avenues including job boards, internal database, social media, internet research, networking and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Able to demonstrate the use of different sourcing approaches to attract talent
• Experience of workforce planning and an ability to apply this in practice through resourcing tactics
• Ability to work in a fast pace, matrixed environment
• Experience of working across a global workforce (Across UK and North America specifically)
• Flexibility with working hours to support North America business
• Interviewing experience and an understanding of recruitment principles, laws, and procedures.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Excellent customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.
• Experience working in the Creative industry is preferred
