The Creative Engagement Group Hiring for Administrator (Finance) Job at Manchester, England Full Time

As a Administrator/Billings Co-Ordinator in our Finance team you will provide a professional and friendly service support to all internal & external stakeholders across The Creative Engagement Group, ensuring a high level of customer service.
You will support the accurate and timely production of client invoices and resolution of queries.
The ideal candidate loves working under pressure and is able to build strong relationships within the business to support colleagues with the financial aspect of job delivery.

What will you be doing …

• Reviewing high volumes of documentation related to client billings
• Working with Billing Administrator, Commercial Finance and Project Leads to resolve billings queries.
• Ensuring all client delivery confirmations are in place prior to issuing final invoices and all documentation is stored accurately
• Working with Commercial Finance and Project Leads to review new projects to ensure correct setup
• Working with Billings Administrator to provide training for new project leads.
• Liaising directly with project leads to answer their queries via email, teams and telephone
• Continually strive to ensure our processes are as efficient as possible and constantly seek to improve areas if needed
• Manage and work within multiple shared mailboxes ensuring all emails are categorised and responded to within a reasonable time
• Be an ambassador for TCEG culture & values

• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Numeracy and commercial awareness
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Sage 200
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A can-do attitude, not afraid to get stuck in
• A genuine interest in accounting and an investigative mind to be able to spot abnormalities
• Adaptability, able to cover other team members if needed
• Display a strong sense of initiative to be able to work independently and assess what tasks should take priority
