The Cooperative Finance Association (CFA) is the leading member, cooperatively owned agricultural input finance company in the nation. Our services include operating and term loans, single-purpose inventory financing, point-of-sale production agriculture financing, and more.

We are seeking an Input Finance Account Manager to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri to support our daily lending processes and provide superior customer service.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Establish a culture of commitment with unparalleled customer service amongst our dealers and growers that ensures new business development and retention of customer relationships.

· Manage the day-to-day credit oversight of the input loans being submitted by our members.

· Proactively follow up with dealers, communicating status of loan applications, inclusive of loans not yet booked to ensure seamless customer experience.

· Manage and provide functional guidance to the application process for approvals, denials, and marginal credit applicants, including analyzing credit worthiness of borrowers.

· Address any issues, feedback, questions, or concerns with applications that have been submitted.

· Provide functional leadership through training for new and existing users.

· Provide functional leadership by gathering feedback and enhancement requests for the platform to improve customer experience.

· Establish strategic relationships, with CFA employees and member-owners centered around developing marketing plans supporting input sales and program utilization.

· Provide timely communications to the Certified Lender and/or selected members of the member’s management team on the status of their loans. This ing may include, but not limited to, a recap of active loans, past due loans, subsidies, pending loans and/or any other important customer service issues related the Input Finance Program.

· Recommend and develop enhancements to product offerings, processes, and training tools.

· Conduct annual credit and counterparty risk reviews of the Input Finance Contract including making recommendations to loan committee on contract adjustments, authorized user changes, obtaining and evaluating audited financials.

· This position is primarily an inside sales role with around 10% of the time traveling to meet with our dealers.

· Other responsibilities as identified.

Pay: $67,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
