What you’ll do for us
Monthly execution of annual business plan and in market execution
Broker Sales Agency Performance Scorecards
Use data bases from customer portal sales forecast, Nielsen and Power BI to provide analysis for better management of annual business plan (BP) and rolling estimate (re) processes
Run daily/weekly/monthly volume s using internal ing systems, Power BI and Nielsen in order to track and monitor key business indicators; volume, revenue, gross profit, ARP, SRP etc
Assist in some forecast and scenario planning. Ability to identify and understand patterns and interconnectivity of relevant data
Assist building of planning templates for sales team to utilize each year for planning purposes
Liaison between various cross-functional team members

Requirements and Qualifications:
2+ year of sales / operations experience, preferably in CPG/FMCG industry
Ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end knowledge of sales & sales systems, policy management, and strong analytical skills.
Educational Requirements:
Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma
Technical Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of CPG industry business systems and the back-shop processes to support and maintain the business.
Familiarity with key data systems: Planning & forecasting tools (e.g. Matrix, Transformer/TPM, CAS, Power BI, Analyze in Excel); financial & sales ing (SAP, Oracle); performance management & execution metrics; Microsoft Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Client Relationship: Ability to foster relationships across multiple functional teams.
