The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations with dispensing, vending, and cooler equipment suppliers/ OEMs, hands-on testing of product, equipment, and packages, commercialization of new equipment solutions and equipment Total-Cost-of-Ownership management for the North America Operating Unit GDI organization.
The candidate will also identify and leverage relevant equipment trends, consumer trends to provide technical guidance research along with system capability to develop and commercialize new equipment offerings. The role will involve collaborating with internal and external stake holders from equipment suppliers, product development, procurement, customer teams, and commercial groups. The qualified candidate will be solution-oriented and will have a track record of successfully finalized projects, along with the ability to work in teams and manage conflicting interests.
Technical Project Management: Leads technical aspects in the evaluation, troubleshooting and implementation of new equipment, product, and package solutions, working with commercial teams, customer teams, and other cross-functional partners. Projects include the ability to manage broad scopes, multiple suppliers and/or team members from partner companies.
Equipment TCO management: Commercialization of new technologies into the Coca-Cola system and sustaining engineering management of already deployed equipment assets:

Component’s Upstreaming Qualifications
Laboratory testing: Testing of equipment, product, and package platforms against Coca-Cola requirements at Coca-Cola laboratories or testing oversight at authorized laboratory partners.
Bachelor of Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or related field.
2+ years relevant work experience in roles such technical project management, sustaining engineering or new product introduction.
