Location: Flexible in the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) region. Preferred location is London, Dublin, Istanbul, Johannesburg, or Dubai.
This role is responsible for the execution of executive level search and sourcing against global talent needs. This will include both executing against specific business unit needs as well leading broader global search initiatives. Will utilize expert knowledge in progressive executive search methodologies to develop search strategy, create prospect research, qualify prospects, calibrate pool, establish credible relationships with prospects, and deliver high quality diverse slates. Will develop and sustain talent pipelines against key strategic business needs. Advanced knowledge of global talent pools and associated strategies and execution tactics to drive results in talent challenged functional and geographical areas. A track record of execution in senior executive level search with demonstrated success in diversity sourcing is an essential requirement.
