Are you a strong delivery focused resourcing professional thinking of a move into an in-house role or have proven experience in delivering high volume campaigns?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our internal Talent Acquisition team recruiting for roles within our Contact Centre and Retail Banking teams.

The team are responsible for recruiting high volumes of vacancies across the bank. You will work to support the Lead/Recruitment Business Partners in the delivery of talent into customer facing areas including our highly successful Contact Centre Teams and award winning Branch Network.

We are looking for a proven Volume Resourcer who has experience of working in a fast paced recruitment delivery environment and has the ability to drive excellent candidate outcomes. What will this role involve:

• Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure a clear understanding of each role and requirements

• Proactively sourcing candidates through using a range of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn,Facebook,databases and job boards

• CV screening, telephone interviewing and shortlisting candidates in line with agreed vacancy requirements

• Maintaining accurate records within the ATS system

• Prioritising workload to meet business need

• Supporting in delivering an exceptional on boarding experience that puts the candidate at the heart of the recruitment journey

• Volume hiring, being responsible for the recruitment process for external candidates, acting as the face of the Bank, including attendance and feedback at the assessment centres.
• Supporting with recruitment and networking events both internal and external to promote the brand and build a strong reputation as an employer of choice in the North West
• Ensuring inclusion and diversity are at the heart of recruitment practices

What will you need:

• Proven experience of resourcing candidates utilising a range of methods such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive outlook with the ability to problem solve and achieve successful outcomes in a timely manner

• Ability to quickly build a rapport with highly skilled candidates

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks

• Must be highly motivated and able to work autonomously with minimum supervision

• A real passion for people, values and ethics, with a strong desire to deliver the right people into our business.
