Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator

To assist with the management of the day-to-day operational aspects of providing learning support for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. To be the lead named person from the College with regards to receiving Education, Health and Care Plans from local authorities, and to monitor and review annually. The post holder will assist the Head of Additional Learning Support in arranging transition for learners with an EHCP. They will be responsible for identifying students who require High Needs Funding and liaising with the High Needs Funding Officer for applications for funding.
