Pay Range: $95,000 – $115,000 annual compensation

You could be the next Talent Acquisition Manager for the City of Fort Worth! A Talent Acquisition Manager position is available with the City of Fort Worth Human Resources (HR) Department.
The Talent Acquisition Manager Job Responsibilities Include:
- Oversees the Talent Acquisition team of recruiters and internal HR Business Partner (HRBP) consultants to ensure alignment with organization recruitment/staffing needs.
- Lead change and inspire Talent Acquisition and HRBP’s to be a highly functioning team to deliver superior results.
- Work collaboratively and strategically with department leaders to develop scalable and proactive recruitment processes, strategies, and solutions to address current and future workforce needs.
- Provide oversight to the planning, management, and implementation of new programs and projects.
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities and creating a positive candidate experience.
- Manage key performance indicators and survey data to enable the organization to make proactive data driven decisions to support goals and initiatives.
- Lead the engagement, coordination, and management with external vendors through procurement processes, contract execution and support the relationship.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, as well as the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain network contacts in areas of expertise and areas of diversity focus. Responsible for professional partnerships and programs with educational institutes to provide recruitment partnerships.
- Stays abreast of best practices and industry trends to be a trusted Human Resource advisor to organization leaders and ensure continuous enhancement of Talent Acquisition and related policies and procedures.
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements and monitoring budget for advertising and special events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources management, public administration, business administration or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in Talent Acquisition and management of full-cycle recruitment efforts
- Two (2) years supervisory responsibility
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of successful full cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
- Experience with Application Tracking Systems, Job Board use and management, Social Media recruiting initiative management
