We seek dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team who are genuinely interested in helping people at some critical points of their lives. The Call Center Customer Service Representative represents the company, and our people make all the difference in our success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Availability to attend 100% of the first 90 days of employment.
Availability during the hours of operations, 8:00am – 8:00pm EST
Understanding and striving to meet all call center metrics efficiently.
Answering inbound calls and respond to inquiries, grievances, complaints, or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity.
Ability to emotionally connect with customers, as you will be helping them through a critical part of their life.
Technologically savvy and ability to multi-task.
Ability to problem solve in the moment (one-call resolution.)
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Comfortable with an ever changing environment
Quiet place to work free of any distractions is required.
1-2 years customer service experience required; call center customer service experience preferred.
Ability to manage complexity.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Comfortable working independently, as well as a productive member of a team when needed.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17 – 22 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
