About the Role

The Children’s place has a strong web and app presence generating significant revenue for the company.

This role reporting into the Director of Front-end Engineering and Analytics is directly responsible for maintaining, expanding TCP’s digital experience from a web analytics perspective. These key functions are crucial for the organization’s digital penetration and footprint. The Web Analytics Manager will manage other analysts and consultants and people management experience is required.

Responsibilities

We currently use GA-360 and are in the process of transitioning to GA-4, in addition we utilize Firebase for our mobile app and utilize big query and Google Data Studio. This role will have key ownership of

• Our GA-4 and any remnant GA-360 implementations
• Senior Leadership reports that are generated with data from the systems
• Vision for how the future system looks like so its maintainable, scalable
• Being a trusted partner for data for our marketing, IT and product organizations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years – maximum 9 years of experience with Google Analytics, GMP platforms and tools such as Data Studio etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Tag Manager, its implementation in fixing analytics related issues
• Managed a team of in-house and external analysts
• Google IQ Certification is a plus
• Interest in Data Analytics, AB Testing
• Ability to provide SDR’s for development and product teams to understand and implement.
• Ability to create, support feature/product launches with Data insights Dashboards
