Full Job Description
The Chef Agency is the ultimate source of hospitality talent in the US and the Caribbean. Our clients are high-end, luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants and hospitality venues; and our candidates are some of the best and most accomplished Chefs, Managers and Directors in their profession.
We are currently seeking candidates to be Regional Partners across the US as our business continues to grow exponentially.
Who would be successful?
The ideal candidates should be passionate about hospitality, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to be their own boss.
Additionally, candidates should be humble, driven, self-motivated and confident. If you have love to build relationships, have an agency and/or hospitality background, and don’t give up easily…this might be a fit for you!
You will have the opportunity to work from home (or the beach if you prefer), set your own hours, and determine your own income. Our Regional Partners can make 6 figures working less than 40 hours/week.

Financial Information
This position come with a base salary plus commission. The financial reward is significant, but it depends on your commitment and drive. You determine your own annual salary by the time and effort you put in to the role.
