MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Main Duties

Carry out routine maintenance and repair tasks assigned as part of the planned maintenance programmes.

Carry out regular preventative maintenance work.

Complete with routine redecoration works inside and outside as required.

Complete emergency remedial works indoors and outdoors as and when required.

Complete conversion and other minor ‘new’ works within scope of experience.

Complete all maintenance computerised records and Risk Assessments as required.

2. Other Duties

Assist with system checks.

Assist with estate work if required.

Be aware of security implications.

3. Personal Responsibilities

Keep abreast of industry developments relating to status, including statutory regulations in connection with duties.

Be aware of implications of Health and Safety regulations with regard to personal safety obligations, those of residents, staff and visitors and the building and its various installations.

Salary: £19,990.00-£20,000.00 per year
