The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders Hiring for Director of Quality Improvement & Education at Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Full Time

We want you to join our team! The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders has more than 50 cancer specialists and 250 healthcare professionals representing many different areas of medical and administrative services across 16 locations throughout North Texas. Responsibilities for this position include assisting in maintaining applicable certifications for the practice, i.e. QOPI, ACHC, OMH. Development of processes & policies for new service lines. Works closely with HR Director for staff development & license requirements for all staff. Prepares Quality Dashboards and reports for Quality Committee & the Board. Works with department heads in daily activities of clinic operations in accordance with established policies to provide high quality health care services. Ensures economical and efficient performance under guidance of clinic’s goals, objectives and clinical operating budget. Leads and directs the work of others.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Prefer that individual have a in nursing or be an RN with at least 3 years administrative experience. Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedure. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Position reports to the Director of Nurses and The Quality Committee.
