About The Cave:

The Cave is multi discipline Athletic facility in Marin Country specializing in Gymnastics, Parkour, and Strength and Conditioning. We have been proudly serving the community here since 2009.

The Cave has grown with the strength of our community, we offer our fit family ways to stay active and connected, and now we are preparing a new way to do that as schools reopen for another session of distance learning.

The Position:

Coaches at The Cave will help students to thrive in our indoor/outdoor classes. Our parkour program aims to safely coach young athletes interested in the alternative training that parkour offers. We start with the basics and work our way up giving students the opportunity to level up as they master skills and take on new challenges.

The Cave is a very staff focused environment with great opportunities. Parkour experience is preferred but all interested applicants should apply, a shadowing/training program is how the position begins.

What you will do:

Establish a culture of success within your classes being sure that students are focused on listening, staying in control, and trying their best.

Provide expertise to students on the study of parkour and immerse yourself in the culture.

Occasional work on Zoom is possible in the event of in person class closures, but most classes will be done indoors/outdoors.

Follow all COVID related guidelines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
