THE CAMP TRANSFORMATION CENTER NW Hiring for Group Fitness Instructor Full Time

The Camp Transformation Center, the fastest growing fitness and weight control center in San Antonio, is seeking Large Group Fitness Instructors with positive, “can-do” attitudes to provide an awesome and motivating group workout experience for our Camp clients. This is a part-time position with morning and/or evening shifts and rotating Saturday morning shifts. M-F morning shifts are 4:30 a.m. to 9:30a.m. M-F evening shifts are from 3:30 p.m to 8:00 p.m. Saturday morning shifts are from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Candidates must be available for the full shift duration (i.e., will coach all classes during shift hours).

The Camp Transformation Center large group instructor provides effective HIIT workouts to help members transform their lives physically and mentally. The instructor assists in creating a friendly, motivating and supportive environment coupled with The Camp’s comprehensive educational program focusing on weight-loss and fat-loss. The instructor also provides exceptional customer service and focuses on building positive relationships with members and staff.

The Camp Transformation Center instructor will perform essential functions such as:

• Create, set-up and deliver 50 minute HIIT workouts that generate results, are fun and effective.
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate different skill levels/client limitations.
• Deliver Camp sales messaging and support
• Build positive relationships with clients, members and staff
• Post professional company photos on social media
• Assist in the cleanliness and hygiene of the gym

Qualified candidates must have a positive, upbeat approach to work and will have a minimum 1 year experience in the fitness industry, strong relationship and communication skills, good organization skills. NASM or ISSA or other nationally accredited certification is required. Sales experience a plus. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours and scheduling. Pay offered is at competitive rates and commensurate with experience. Incentive plans may also be offered.
