ADMINISTRATOR – Purbeck View School, Swanage, Dorset

Salary £19,052.80

Full time, 40 hours per week

The Cambian Group, the UK’s largest provider of specialist services in education, mental health rehabilitation and learning disabilities, is looking for an experienced and dedicated, experienced individual to join the company as an Administrator.

Purbeck View School is a 38 and 52-week mixed-gender residential school, welcoming students aged 7-19 years old with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. We can also support co-existing conditions of Autism, learning difficulties and complex needs. Day provision is available for students who live close by.

The main duties involve administration of arranging and completing student reviews, maintaining staff and student databases and paper records in accordance with current legislation, and creating a range of correspondence including employee relations letters. Other duties include organising meetings, and minute taking, creating reports for managers, general record keeping and maintenance.

This is a demanding role as you will be supporting and liaising with the HR Business Partner as well as the onsite managers on a range of matters. There will be multiple workloads with tight deadlines so the ability to prioritise and multitask is a must.

· Motivated, proactive and adaptable

· Remain calm under pressure and meet scheduled work deadlines

· Ability to prioritise multiple workloads.
