TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Overview:
The Bulfinch Group is expanding our team and looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team to source candidates for the Financial Representative (FR) role and elevate the candidate experience through management of the selection process and candidate interaction. The individual will be responsible for cultivating a robust pipeline of candidates from diverse sources by utilizing their personal network, as well as conducting initial screenings and primary interviews.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Self-motivated individual with a dynamic personality and a passion for succeeding;
• Wants to expand their current network by cultivating and enhancing long-term relationships
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through skills
• 1-5 years of recruitment experience and looking for career growth opportunities
• College degree or equivalent background
• Is a US citizen or permanent resident;

Responsibilities:

• Identify FR hires via personal networking and marketing with annual goals
• Prospecting for candidates through personal sources such as:

–Centers of Influence/Nominators

–Friends/Colleagues

— Personal Observation

–Seminar Recruiting

–Networking Groups

• Seek candidates through impersonal sources such as:

–Approved Social Media resources, such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

–College Placement Offices & Career Fairs

–Job Fairs

–Advertising

–Direct Mail

–Licensed producer lists (via Discovery Database, etc.

• Guide candidates through the entire recruiting and selection process
• Enter and maintain up to date recruit information into tracking system (Smart Recruiting)
• Attend weekly recruiting meeting, make recommendations and advise of recruit status
• Attend recruiting and training conferenced/teleconferences and implement new ideas
