A well-established plaintiff’s law firm in Savannah, Georgia, is seeking to hire an assistant to the Controller to join our team. This position presents unique opportunities for a detailed-oriented professional who desires a high-energy work environment that fosters professional growth and development.

The Assistant to the Controller will work closely with the Firm’s Controller in the Accounting department. Duties will include:

• Bank Reconciliations

• Accounts Payables Preparation

• General Ledger Auditing

• Prepare and Print Checks

• Creating QuickBooks Reports

• Creating Custom Excel Spreadsheets and Reports

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop software (at least 3+ years of experience), Excel with an understanding of formulas and macros, understanding of a general ledger, and reconciliations. Experience in HR is a plus!

All qualified candidates will undergo a background check and must pass initial software/skillset testing to be considered for employment.
