The Bristal Assisted Living Hiring for VP of Sales at Ronkonkoma, NY Full Time

1. Train all new and existing Director of Community Relations and Community Relations Coordinators on Sales training system.

2. Monitor Director of Community Relations and Community Relations Coordinator’s activity to ensure they are reaching their expected goals.

3. Participate in all community Sales Training (independent contractor) coaching calls and follow up with Director of Community Relations and Community Relations Coordinators to ensure proper practices are being utilized.

4. Hold quarterly sales training meetings with all Director of Community Relations and Community Relations Coordinators.

5. Review all weekly traffic and census s as well as Strategic Marketing s to see trends and opportunities for new growth.

6. Assist all Director of Community Relations and Community Relations Coordinators in Focused Properties including doing tours, making follow up phone calls and whatever else may be deemed necessary in order to improve census. Focused properties are defined as properties that census has dipped under 95%.

7. Implement new sales ideas to drive in more traffic and improve census.

8. Meet with Director of Community Relations and Community Relations Coordinators on regular basis to discuss any challenges they may have and discuss ways to overcome obstacles as well as to discuss new ideas to implement in communities to drive in business and increase census.

9. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 – $185,000.00 per year
