The Bone & Joint Center Hiring for IT Director Job at Bismarck, ND Full Time

The IT Director works in our Bismarck clinic and is responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, problem resolution, monitoring and control of the network, firewall, hardware, software, operating systems and cybersecurity systems within the main clinic environment and other locations. The IT Director assists in developing and maintaining security plans, incident response and contingency plans, as well as any compliance requirements within the clinic.

The IT Director maintains availability in a fast-paced clinic environment and utilizes technical programs and tools as needed to provide The Bone & Joint Center team with advanced assistance and solutions for technical issues related to Hardware, Software, Clinical Informatics, phone system, and Networking.

You will gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, evaluate, and maintain information technologies to support the clinical practice; use data to support clinical decision-making and identify desired outcomes. The IT Director is able to research, analyze and make recommendations for application workflow improvements and create and analyze reports created using multiple reporting mechanisms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 – $52.00 per hour
